Wiretastic!

So below is the lovely commission bracelet I made to match the Nicole Headband. I love this delicate style and it looks soo pretty with the ribbon to make it just that bit different.


January has been great this year with lots of fantastic ideas from my customers for me to re create. I've just finished an elfin style wedding choker and earrings againg using the ribbon fastening. The kiln has been on twice this week melting jewellery and I've had a bead shop so I can make a tiara.

More Fused Glass....

Ok so I thought why not try and fuse the bowl back together - 2 fuses later and as you can see from below it is back together in a fashion. It still has signs of the previous crack and a new 1. Modern art - Tate here I come!

This week I've made some lovely wirework jewellery commissions. I'll post pics on my facebook page (www.facebook.com/elisaloves) once the brides have them safely in their hands!
So this week I'm going to finish some fused glass jewellery. I have been working on designs for a customer and hopefully her super funky ideas will take shape. I can't wait to see what the kiln does plus I'm going to add in a few experiments of my own.


Also this week I started to work towards my new years resolution. Bearing in mind it has been my resolution for as long as I can remember and never happened - I had my first swimming lesson and it was no way as evil as expected! I even could say I'm looking forward to the next 1! I know, who'd have thought it. 2012 I'm starting as I mean to go on, have a good weekend, E x

Hello all my lovely followers,
wishing you the best for 2012. So I didn't manage to get back on before Christmas but you'll be pleased to know I haven't been slacking and it's been full of lots of creativity. Including attempting to make a bowl (see below) and some big hole beads. Also as promised are some fab Gambia pics, starting with a cheesy one of me stroking a croc - a sacred one at that!




Unfortunately while slumping this plate it cracked in half so no bowl this time! :(

November = creativity overload

I don't know if your like me but as soon as November hits and all those selling events fill the diary those projects I've been meaning to do for months well just happen like magic. I'm always left puzzled as to why it wasn't completed before as in fact I've made 3 similar items in 1 hit without space for a cuppa.
