New Flower Collection

These fabulous new pieces of wearable art have arrived on my doorstep in time for the Christmas market season. I saw them whilst on holiday in Australia and knew they would compliment my own work. I think you'll agree these preserved orchids are none other than eye catching.
I will be available in the Fareham shop tomorrow if you have any queries. Have a fabulous weekend, Elisa x

Fused glass, seeds and wildlife.

I've had a great couple of weeks and super productive.

After visiting my cousin in Brighton seeing lots up and coming bands I headed back home fresh with ideas and ready to create.
Above finally is a picture of my completed fused glass clock - I'm really pleased with it and spent last Saturday creating more fused glass jewellery. I think I'm a little addicted and can't wait to get back in the workshop to do some more. Above is one of my favourite pieces that I've made so far.

My seeds got replanted Sunday - tomatoes (above), spinach and rocket (below) and peppers.

It's orchid time of year again! WOO! Above is the first Southern Marsh Orchid I've seen and below the beautiful White Hellaborine. Such a treat to be able to appreciate such wonderful flowers in my lunch hour. Big smiles!! Have a fantastic week!!

Last night was rehurshal night - the other ladies and I tried on our new sparkly belly dance costumes and practised 3 different dances ready for next weeks carnival. I'm excited as I love doing the carnival it's soo much fun! Cross fingers for sunshine x

Today I spent lunch time looking at the newly flowered orchids - they are magnificent as soon as I find my cable I'll upload some of the pictures. I get totally lost when I take photos and have to remember my lunch hour is only an hour. I also had the pleasure of spotting the swans with their 2 cygnets - I hadn't seen them in a while so was a bit worried.

Have a lovely weekend! I'm off to Birmingham!
